Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of this website and any purchase from DataPackHub.

1. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Products

Datasets are sold in numbered packs of approximately 50,000 records (trial files approximately 30,000). The number of records in each pack is shown at delivery. Product pages describe the fields, coverage, version and processing date; we do not warrant that every record is accurate or current.

3. Non-repeat allocation

Your account will not receive the same pack twice unless you ask us to re-send one. Packs are not exclusive to you unless a product page expressly says so.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and paid in cryptocurrency. An order is confirmed only when the payment provider confirms payment to our server. Packs are reserved for a limited time while you pay.

5. Delivery and downloads

Each purchased pack can be downloaded up to 5 times within 30 days of purchase. Your purchase history remains available after the download period ends.

6. Licence

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use purchased data for your own internal business purposes in line with the acceptable use policy. You may not resell or redistribute the raw data.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for how you use the data.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
