Records are compiled and processed by the operator, then delivered in numbered files. Our scanner reads every file on arrival to count records, list columns, measure field coverage and detect exact duplicate, malformed and malformed-phone rows. See the full methodology and data sourcing.

Compliance & permitted use

Collection & sourcing
Purchased by DataPackHub from third-party data suppliers (operator statement). DataPackHub did not collect these records itself. After purchase the files were processed by DataPackHub: phone numbers checked against the New Zealand numbering plan, duplicates removed against all existing packs, and do-not-call / deceased markings from the source shown in the Source Flag column where present.
Permitted use
The buyer's own lawful business marketing and research only. Before any call, text or email the buyer must screen against the applicable do-not-call / suppression registers (national do-not-call registers where they exist), honour opt-outs immediately and follow local privacy, telemarketing and anti-spam law. Resale, publication or redistribution of the records is not permitted.
Lawful basis / permissions
DataPackHub does not hold or verify consent for these records. The supplier stated that the data may be resold for marketing; this is not documented in writing and has not been independently verified. Buyers must establish their own lawful basis (for example consent, or legitimate interests with a documented assessment) before contacting anyone, and give any privacy notice the law requires.
Compliance note
This data has not been screened by DataPackHub against New Zealand do-not-call registers. Screen against the applicable registers (national do-not-call registers where they exist) before calling and keep your own suppression list. Removal requests: datapackhub.com/data-removal-request

Statements above are made by the data operator and are published with this dataset.

This dataset contains contact details of private individuals. Before calling or texting anyone, screen the numbers against the national do-not-call register for New Zealand where one exists, honour opt-outs immediately, and follow local privacy and telemarketing law. Buying data does not grant consent to contact anyone.
